Why We Built This Site
Minnesota gives the public real access to warrant information, and the difficulty is working out which office holds the piece you need. A warrant does not sit in one place. The judge who signs it sets the charge and the bail. The Sheriff's Office serves it and can confirm whether it is still active. The court file carries the hearing history and any later event that changed the order. Juvenile and unserved arrest-index material can stay confidential, so a public list is never the whole picture.
Dodge County has no municipal court and no justice-of-the-peace court. City ordinance and traffic matters run through the district court system instead, which means a ticket written in Kasson or West Concord still becomes a county court case. Kasson and West Concord keep their own police departments, while Claremont, Dodge Center, Hayfield, and Mantorville receive police service through a Sheriff's Office contract. Those departments can be the first contact in a matter, but they do not hold the court record.
The courthouse in Mantorville holds most of the offices involved, including Court Administration at Dept. 12 and the Sheriff's Office at Dept. 201 in the east wing. We put that routing, the warrant-number fields, and the request process in one place so a reader can start in the right spot instead of calling four offices in a row.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are real:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, serve, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot accept bail or any payment toward a fine or a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a jail release
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to a particular person
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or listing on this site is current today
Only the court that issued the order or the Sheriff's Warrants Unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled, served, or cleared. We can point you to the right office. The answer has to come from there.
Search Partners
Some pages here carry search boxes run by outside companies. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services, and their results are not an official warrant check. When a visit to one of those tools leads to a paid signup, we may receive a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what a partner charges, what its results contain, or how it handles the terms you enter.
