Dodge County Warrant Records Dodge County Warrant Records

This page explains what we can help with and where a Dodge County warrant question actually belongs. Almost every request goes to the court that issued the order or to the Sheriff's Warrants Unit, not to us. The routing below sends each kind of question to the office that holds the record, with the addresses, phone numbers, and hours those offices publish.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This is a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear one, accept bail, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For any of those, reach the Sheriff's Warrants Unit or the issuing court directly.

Need Official Warrant Information?

These are the offices that answer warrant questions in Dodge County, and the route each one covers:

  • Whether a warrant is active: Dodge County Sheriff's Warrants Unit, 507-635-6226, or the Sheriff's Office general line at 507-635-6200
  • The case file, a hearing, or a missed date: Dodge County Court Administration, 507-624-7010, dodgecourts@courts.state.mn.us
  • A written record request: Sheriff's Records, 22 East 6th Street, Dept. 201, Mantorville, MN 55955, dcso.records@dodgecountymn.gov
  • Supervision or probation questions: Court Services, Dept. 252, 507-635-6198
  • A traffic citation or fine: Court Payment Center, 800-657-3611
  • Clearing or recalling an order: a licensed Minnesota attorney and the district court that issued the warrant

The county offices sit in the Dodge County Courthouse at 22 6th Street East in Mantorville. Courthouse business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the Sheriff's Records desk notes an occasional closure from noon to 1:00 p.m. Call before you visit, because the Minnesota courts warn that appearing in person while a warrant is outstanding can result in custody.

If your question is about a city ticket or a local police report, the city contact may be the faster route. Kasson and West Concord keep their own police departments, and Claremont, Dodge Center, Hayfield, and Mantorville receive police service through a Sheriff's Office contract. The court record is still the county file, and the Sheriff's Warrants Unit still confirms the status.
